Trekking Choro

Description

The El Choro trek is one of the most popular pre-Columbian routes and one of the most famous in Bolivia. Starting at “La Cumbre” and finally arriving to the small town of Chairo, crossing several villages and heading along roads that were once used by the Inca people as trade routes.

The hike becomes challenging in some parts due to its changing landscapes and varied terrain, besides crossing a part of the Cordillera Real, crossing rivers and bridges where you must be cautious, the weather is also an important factor, but it is certainly one of the best routes that can be done for trekking enthusiasts.
