Discover and explore
Sajama Park

Sajama National Park is located in southwestern Bolivia, near the border with Chile, and is home to the country’s highest peak: the majestic Nevado Sajama, which rises to 6,542 meters above sea level.

This park offers a surreal combination of high-altitude landscapes, hot springs, wildlife and ancient culture. It is a dream destination for hikers and nature lovers, with trails through Andean meadows, queñua forests (the tallest trees in the world) and volcanic valleys.

Beyond mountaineering, visitors are attracted by its open-air hot springs, the sighting of llamas, alpacas and even vicuñas or suris (Andean ñandu), and the opportunity to explore the unique Aymara culture, reflected in centuries-old colonial churches and pre-Columbian chullpas (burial towers).
